I just reread Remote, which is the 37Signals guys, Jason Fried and DHH. [...] We're 100% remote, so that's why I picked it up again. It's a really great book, highly recommend that one. Actually all their books are really good, because they kind of write to the contrary of common Silicon Valley common sense, and they make a very common sense point about a lot of their claims, so I really like that one.
