About the book
The emotional right brain and the adaptive work it does are the subject of Allan N. Schore's study, which covers how feelings are regulated within one mind and how they are communicated and regulated between two. He presents evidence that emotional exchanges, in therapy and elsewhere, reflect right-brain-to-right-brain communication. It was published in 2019.
Andrew Huberman called it excellent and found it accessible even to readers without a background in biology or psychology.

He also has a book, it's called, "Right Brain Psychotherapy," and it's an excellent book. It's actually pretty accessible, even if you don't have a background in biology or psychology. I found it to be very interesting.
