About the book
A pocket-sized self-help book drawing loosely on Hindu and spiritualist ideas, Deepak Chopra's guide argues that success comes not from hard work, careful plans or driving ambition but from understanding human nature and living by the laws of nature. It distills his teaching into seven principles: pure potentiality, giving, karma, least effort, intention and desire, detachment, and dharma. Each law comes with practical steps, such as meditating for 30 minutes twice a day or accepting events as they occur, and each is paired with a mantra. Chopra presents good health, fulfilling relationships and material abundance as following naturally once a person lives in harmony with natural law. It first came out in 1994.
Artimization co-founder Haris Siddique said it offers tools and techniques for creating a more effective version of reality.
