Why you should always start with WHY? [Book Club Talk]
Simon Sinek‘s Start with Why is one of the most recommended books by entrepreneurs across all industries.
He published this book in 2009, after he studied leaders who’ve had the greatest impact over the world. He discovered a pattern in their thinking process, in how they’re approaching business, and shared those insights in this book.
Last month we (all members of The CEO Library team) read Start with Why, debated it in our internal book club, and released it as a podcast episode.
We dissected Simon’s hypothesis that he based this book on and why we’re skeptical about certain affirmations he made (Apple fans will probably hate us).
The truth is, reading this book was a great exercise for us, as a team. We’re still at the beginning, trying to figure things out, so it helped us articulate our own WHYs for building The CEO Library.
So hit play and find out WHY you should always start with why:
