About the book
Actor and podcaster Michael Rapaport turns his sports obsession into a set of rants about the best and worst athletes, teams and jerseys. As a nine-year-old in 1979 he set out to become a professional basketball player, and by fifteen he accepted that the NBA had no room for a slow, white Jewish kid. Talking trash became his outlet instead. Here he argues that LeBron will never be Mike, offers his view on Tiger's golf game, recalls once thinking of Mary Lou Retton as the love of his life, and insists the New York Knicks will win the title next year. Statistics and analytics are left out in favor of hustle.
Charlamagne Tha God of The Breakfast Club called it hilarious after finishing it on a plane.

Charlamagne Tha God (Radio Presenter/The Breakfast Club)
Just finished this on the plane. Hilarious. Reminds me of sports version of Joan Rivers book "I Hate Everyone....Starting With Me". Something is wrong with Michael Rapaport but that's what makes him right. Funny Fucking Book.
