This was a fantastic primer for anyone who has a business they’ve been running and are considering selling. What makes it good is that it has less to do with the mechanics of selling the business and more to do with the mindset of how a business owner should approach it. I loved the inclusion of different thought experiments, for which there are no right or wrong answers, but rather what’s right or wrong for you. These aren’t the kinds of things you hear talked about very often in entrepreneurial circles. No fluff and straight from the trenches. Five stars for sure.
