About the book
Max H. Bazerman sets out to help students improve their managerial decisions. It pursues this in three ways: it builds awareness of how decisions get made, helps readers change those habits, and offers strategies meant to make better judgment a lasting part of their behavior. Bazerman examines decision making from the view of a single person and from settings with several parties, and he draws on examples of real-world decisions. Its fourth edition was rewritten after feedback from colleagues and students and added a chapter on motivational biases, which looks at how motives affect rational thinking.
Charlie Munger described it as a textbook used in some business schools and called it quite a good book.

Charlie Munger (Vice Chairman/Berkshire Hathaway)
There's a textbook which is called, I think, "Judgment in Managerial Decision Making." And it's used in some of the business schools, and it's actually quite a good book.
