About the book
Money is only one form of wealth, Sahil Bloom argues, and a fulfilling life is defined mostly by everything else. He organizes his framework around five kinds: time, social, mental, physical and financial wealth, and contends that a well-lived life draws on all five as they shift across its seasons. The model grew out of three years of research, personal experiments and thousands of interviews worldwide. Bloom offers practices for freeing up time by putting energy-giving tasks first, deepening bonds and widening a network, using purpose to keep growing, staying healthy through three simple principles, and reaching financial independence on terms that define what counts as enough. It became a New York Times and USA Today best seller.
Bill Ackman recommended it on X as a guide to how to live, adding that the earlier someone reads it, the better their life is likely to turn out.

Now I am recommending a second one, which is as well written and important, The 5 Types of Wealth by @SahilBloom. In short, the book is a guide to how to live your life. The earlier in your life you read it, the better your life will be.
