About the book

Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit who rarely travels farther than his own pantry, has his comfortable, unambitious life upset when a band of dwarves and the wizard Gandalf turn up at his door. The dwarves plan to raid a treasure hoard guarded by Smaug, a large and very dangerous dragon, and Bilbo reluctantly joins their quest to the Lonely Mountain as a burglar. J. R. R. Tolkien wrote the tale for his own children, and the story leads into The Lord of the Rings.

My most favourite book is Godfather by Mario Puzo. I think it is even slightly more interesting and better than a movie which is almost perfect. Total masterpiece :) Another would be The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.
